How to Disable the Action Center in Windows 10
The Action Center holds notifications from your system and various applications so that you won’t ever miss an important update or message. You can use Group Policy to disable the Action Center and here’s how you can do it:
1. Open Local Group Policy Editor by typing gpedit.msc into Start Menu search box.

3. Set the policy to Enabled to remove the Action Center from the notification area in your Taskbar. You have to reboot for the change to come into effect. Note that notifications will still be shown, but you won’t be able to review notifications you have missed.
