It looks reasonable but it depends what you want to do with it.

mostly just browsing and a few low end games here and there....

You may have trouble running any high end games but for the usual stuff, you should be ok.

I suspect that as computers get better with less problems they don't have to come here to look for solutions. Most days, I'm about the only registered user on here. I've noticed that over the last year the demand to have computers cleaned has dropped drastically.
