Laptop Still Running Choppy

All websites run very slow, and it's almost impossible to watch a youtube or facebook video. They are constantly choppy. I initially posted in the virus/maleware section, but all the scans I have done are not producing results. Here is my Hijack list:

Has your connection always been like that or is it just something that came up recently? Did you make any changes or installed new hardware on your computer prior to this?

Please download Farbar Service Scanner to the desktop and run it on the computer with the issue.
Note: You need to run the version compatible with your system. If you are not sure which version applies to your system download both of them and try to run them. Only one of them will run on your system, that will be the right version.

Make sure FRST is run under administrator privileges.
Make sure that the Whitelist section is checked.Otherwise, the log will be very long.
You Security programs may prevent the tool from running. If this happens, disable the security program until the scan is completed.

Here's the site to test your ISP speed.

I have to admit, I had a power outage about a month ago. The problems started around that time. I checked it off as a computer issue. I have restarted my router since then. That download does not look the same as the picture you displayed. There is nothing there about a whitelist.

How did the speed test go?

Computer is still choppy overall. Not just the internet, just the entire computer. Everything seems to take forever to work
