System restore not working

Deleted some programs and selected system restore before uninstalling and then my printer is not working now so I went back to system restore and it says I have no restore points nor can I go back to the previous month it doesnt do anything thanks

Your restore points have been deleted. Try creating a new restore point then go into System Restore to see if the restore point you created is there. You may have to wait one day to do that.
