PC acting funny...help appreciated!!

I believe I had a virus a few days ago, was able to do a system restore to a point 3 days prior. Definitely running better, but I'm pretty sure something is still lingering. Here are my logs. Thanks for the help!!!

If you can't access the internet with your infected computer you will have to download and transfer any programs to the computer you're using now and transfer them to the infected computer with a CD-RW or a USB storage device. I prefer a CD because a storage device can get infected. If you use a storage device hold the shift key down while inserting the USB storage device for about 10 secs. You will also have to transfer the logs you receive back to the good computer using the same method until we can get the computer back on-line.

When I try to run the ESET Scanner, it gets to the point of downloading signature databases and then says "cannot get update, is proxy configured?"

I'm not sure what that means, sorry!!

This should fix the proxy problem.

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.
In Internet Explorer

• Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously
  

In Firefox

• Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
  
• Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.
