After starting IE for about 20 minutes the thumbnails/pictures are so slow I get mostly the load dies red x.  After that time it will suddenly kick in and will be normal.  Looking at my add-ons there is one from Motive Communications, Inc. named Mccixxxxxxxxxxxxx where the x's are the file name.  There are 17 objects and they all have a file date back in 2008, and are all active-x controls.

I do not remember these at all and can anyone tell me what they are?
