Firstly, I'd like to apologize if this is in the wrong forum.

I recently downloaded (through my own stupidity ) a trojan while googling "batman verbs".. who knew right? Anyway- once I realized what I had done.. I decided to reformat and wipe everything off my pc, since it had been awhile anyway, seemed like an opportune time.

So after the reformat I download all my nerdy things.. a few games, some apps etc. Now- I get random ad's playing through my wireless headset (Plantronics 995). I've tried closing everything out.. I've looked through my processes and can't seem to find anything out of whack. One thing I did find was through my start programs "StereoLinksInstall" .. the file it's located in is "C:\Program Files (x86)\NVIDIA Corporation\3D Vision\nvstlink.exe" .. so I thought "ok this is what I need to disable it" .. so I did.. 3 days ago. Had no problems or anything and now here we are and the ads have started up again. I originally thought that perhaps I was picking someone else's signal up but I do live in a very small town and the ads are always the same ones.. sometimes not ads just random interviews or movie reviews etc... has anyone encountered anything like or have any suggestions?

Thanks a lot,
Curtis
