copy windows oem files to dvd

I ran sfc with results found some corrupt files unable to fix. I want to replace just the corrupt files but the OEM files I need are on the hidden rescue partition on my toshiba a305d-s6858 laptop. I downloaded windows 7 usb/dvd to burn The image files but cannot do it until I can access the files. How do I gain access to these files to make the copy. Thanks Jeanette
