Keyboard help

Hey guys

I bought myself a new laptop today, toshiba satellite P850, and I'm liking it so far but I'm having a little problem with the F5 key

I have always used F5 to refresh the page and I assume other do as well but on this laptop it seems to be to enable or disable my touch pad with FN + F5 being to refresh the page. I always thought it was the other way around and I would prefer it that way so is their any way I can ''fix'' this so they are the way I'm used too.
