Can't run any virus protections, permission problems, Google links redirected.

I've tried downloading/installing/running various removal tools - all with the same result: they install ok but when I run them, after a few seconds the app disappears (it appears the process is getting killed?). After that the .exe can no longer be run (instead, I get the following error: Windows cannot access the specified device, path, or file.You may not have the appropriate permissions to access the item) Also my google links are taking me to random places and random pages pop up. Please help.

Please download Malwarebytes Anti-Malware from www.malwarebytes.org/mbam-download-exe.php

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

(Note: if you already have the program installed, open Malwarebytes from the Start Menu or Desktop shortcut, click the Update tab, and click Check for Updates, before doing the scan as instructed below!)
Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Full Scan", then click Scan.
The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. If you are prompted to restart, please allow it to restart your computer. Failure to do this, will cause the infection to still be active on the computer.
Please save the log to a location you will remember.
The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
The log can also be found at C:\Documents and Settings\Username\Application Data\Malwarebytes\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt or at C:\Program Files\Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware\Logs\log-date.txt

Double-click on Rkill on your desktop to run it. (If you are using Windows Vista, please right-click on it and select Run As Administrator)
A black screen will appear and then disappear. Please do not worry, that is normal. This means that the tool has been successfully executed.
Once the tool has run, do NOT reboot the machine, and then try to run Malwarebytes again

i did not reboot the machine and tryed to run Malwarebytes but with the same results, It install good and starts up but once it starts scanning it force quits and wont open again.

Did you run MBAM ?

Ok.I think the best bet here is now to do a format and a complete new install.

It looks that way. We cant get in to clear out that malware so it looks like the only option to fix it.

What about that ESET OnlineScan, it scanned with no problem can't i run it again and try to remove the several infections?
