Google Redirect :100k search virus - please help!

I accidentally downloaded the 100k searches virus, it redirects my google search to a google fishing site. I have read tons of posts which ppl list the same issue, I have tried following those solutions.. I have downloaded 8 different anti virus softwares, run my computer in safe mode.. I ran Rkill which worked but did not remove the virus. Everytime I try to run Kaspersky/ TDSKiller it starts and then automatically shuts down. I am not familiar enough with registry file removal to do it myself. any help would be greatly appreciated!

AHH!! I can't even run Combo fix.. it gives me a permissions error due to the virus!

"windows can not access the specified device, path, or file. You may not have the appropriate permissions to access them"

Any Ideas?

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time
