I think it started freezing and doing physical dump after I downloaded a so-called 'driver' for my printer. the so-called driver extracted something but I didn't see the files that was supposed to be extracted. i don't really want to format my laptop. It has valuable files here please help T^T thank you and I can't use aswMBR as well as the OTL . it says windows cannot access the specified path or file. and when I use OTL, when its almost at the end, my laptop would freeze. so i tried hijackthis. i went to safe mode to run it. I tried the other 2 softwares in safe mode but suddenly my laptop can't connect to the wifi 
I also tried restoring it to a previous state. but it still didn't work. the blue screen is still ther as well as the freezing T^T
