I can no longer open yahoo I get connection has timed out or unable to connect to ie. I tried to go in and change password but the security letters you have to enter are not there so I can't enter them to change. please any one help. I have tried every thing even going to the unheard of starting the whole system over with recov disk, losing everything in the process. I m ready to use this thing as a boat anchor.
