I need some help, i don't know if this is the right section, as i'm not sure, what is the issue really about.

So i have windows 7 ultimate 32-bit, and today, i got a message saying 'The windows security center is turned off', when i try to turn it on it says 'The windows security center service can't be started'.

Any help is appreciated.

This is the message i get, when i click on services

Windows security center 35b5jz5

then i click ok, and the right side is empty
