Right click the icon and select "Rename"

Now hold the "Alt" key and type "255" and hit Enter

NOTE : It may only work with the keypad numbers and not the number keys on top of the keyboard.

Adding to it, you can also change the Icon to the transparent one. If it's on the desktop you can drag it to one corner. And if I'm not wrong, the computer might associate it with a protected operating system file if you set the folder as 'hidden'. Which also means that even if someone checks 'show hidden files and folders', the folder might not appear. Making it harder to find, place your folder in somewhere like sytem32 or network places.
