My laptop was infected with antivirus.net and now it won't turn on?

My laptop was infected with antivirus.net and now it won't turn on?
i tried to restart my computer in safe mode but hit f11 for windows recovery on accident. When i tried to restart my computer again the power light came on but the screen didn't, and it powered itself off after like 10 seconds and then turned itself on again but then turned off again the same way and repeated this until i turned it off myself. During this process the screen remains black. If i press ctrl+alt+delete the laptop stays on but doesn't start up and the screen stays black.

I tried hitting f8 when powering it on but it doesn't work. I don't have any restore discs. Is there any way i can restart my computer so i can remove the virus?
