media center receiver service has encountered a problem and needs to close

This problem pops up every 30 seconds and i cant figure out why this problem keeps happening....
Please help

Hello,

Open Control Panel >> Administrative Tools >> Services.

Navigate to Media Center Receiver Service and right click >> select Properties.

On the "General" tab, at Startup type, set it to Disabled >> Apply.

Restart your computer and see if it fixes the issue.
