Hey,

So the title should be fairly descriptive. When I use the computer name i get the msg 'the remote computer cannot be found'...compute may not belong to the specified network..verify computer name [etc] and when I use theip address i get the msg Can't connect because 1. Remote Access isn't enabled (it is) 2. Remote computer is turned off (it aint) 3. Remote computer is not available on the network

Am i doing something wrong???

If your XP at your home is the Home edition of XP, RDP won't work. You can only RDP into XP Pro systems.

Hope this helps.
