Who says geeks cant get a date? xD

Posted this poll just for fun, to see the response and try out the polling feature.. haha!

Reason for posting :

Some of us "geeks" may be going through dating problems? advice could come from other websites and maybe even from GP seniors.. those that have gone through this part of life.. heh..

No need to be shy.. xDxD I spose im gonna post a yes? xD i noe this is a tech support forum, but we can have other information too.. this might attract more ppl and increase our traffic ranks too.. Its like killing 2 birds with 1 stone.. ^^

Its not the term 'Geeks' that makes the person have no BF/GF
Its more of their personal attitude and character posting advise is ok but its better to learn through experience...

why can't geeks get a date? The definition of geek on the homepage:

1. Obsessive Computer User: somebody who enjoys or takes pride in using computers or other technology, often to what others consider an excessive degree.
2. Someone with greater than normal computer skills.

i guess i fall in the 2nd definition. probably most of us are like me too.

So what did you vote? haha... I guess GTs negative vote also helps us by pointing out the flaws.. haha.. there are no such thing as wrong tips in my opinion.. the tips given may have helped the person who posted it in some way.. haha.. unless he deliberately post some rubbish in which case i will dlt his post..

I don't understand the link between geeks and not nice looks person.

I like all types of guys "geeks" included! Smart guys are attractive to me and I think I am semi hot! I was a hooters girl and also was a maxim hometown hottie! Also like someone else said not all "geeks" are unattractive. I may or may not be an exception but to me looks are not REAL important as long as you take good care of yourself!

The word "geek" is more of a description of someone's character, so looks are not considered here. I say everyone, geek or not, stands the same chance.
