outllook express sending emails

When trying to send an email, I get an error message saying that some errors occured and to review them down below. There are none! I then have to go to "sent messages" folder and send it there. I get the same error message but it does send the email. I then have to delete it or it will continue to send that email over and over again. I have Windows XP. Please help!!
