two things happen to my laptop recently and it never happen before. I'm lost and confuse, i tried to look for help online but it didn't help.

1. First, i can't use my headphone which I don't know why. My speaker is perfectly fine, it had sound and i can adjust the volume. When i plug my headphone to my laptop, the sound is coming from the speaker, not my headphone. I did test the headphone to make sure is not broking. There are testing sound come from my headphone when i test it at playback device.

2. After the headphone, a week later, something wrong with my battery icon. It suddenly have a red x on the icon, and its first time it happen to me. sometimes it say "full charged 100%" but sometimes it say 15%, not plug in.

I really don't know what happen to it. I really appreciate it if someone can help me solve it. Thanks Smile...

Check this link for info, let me know if you see your headphone in Audio Device list. You might need to install High Definition Driver from Realtek.

Install High Definition Audio Driver and restart your computer. After that, try Set Default your headphone again and let me know if that solve your problem.
