Deleting a youtube account.

Hello people,
Can some one tell me how to delete my utube account?
I've deleted all friends, subscribers, subscriptions, uploads, favorites, etc. but still can't delete my account [youtube user-bumsausage] All I get is ' Do you really want to delete account? ...' and that's it ... nothing more happens.
