Uncap ISP Speed Restrictions

Hi all, I was wondering: I have a cable internet connection that is capped at 1.499 MB/sec; is there a way to change settings, or some program that someone might know of, to DL faster than the restricted speed?

Any comment would be appreciated.

Hi, you can not improve connection speed. You have to call your IPS and ask them for new package and faster internet conenction.
