Dell Inspiron 1545 (Vista) Turns off when trying to turn on.

My sister's dell inspiron 1545 is broken. When she turns it on it goes to the first loading screen, then to the operating system loading screen like normal and then cuts to a blue screen and restarts the turning on process, when trying to run things in the bios or diagonstics, it will turn off with a whoo sound. HELP

It didn't work, i clicked repair your computer, and it went to a black screen and nothing happened

The system has been shut down

Ran a dskshck and now, Startup repair is working. Tell u if it works
BTW it didn't, it said it fixed it, but restart did the same thing, i think that the cooling fan may be broken and that the computer is overheating. It has been turning itself off.
