not really sure what Im doing here never messed with forums before...i am trying to help my sister she has window vista and she got the thinkpoint virus today and cant get online so i am here trying to help her out...i need to know how to remove it for her it wont let her do anything not even in safe mode please help thanks for any help you can give me on this matter..

Hello.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

  • Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  • Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  • It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  • You may need to use two posts to get it all.
