Slow loading pages

My computer seems to have a virus or some other issues again. Pages load slowly, some games are impossible to play. I have the free AVG 9.0 and every thing seems fine there. Once a month I run Super anti spyware free edition and Malwarebytes free edition. Nothing comes up on the scans but the computer seems to be slowing down. Any help is appreciated. Thanks

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
