can not boot in safe mode

Help......My laptop will not startup. I am unable to start it in safe mode. It goes through all the motions but nothing happens. any Ideas???

It seems like you have some boot issues. Please let me know if you have an XP disc.

We need to go in to the Recovery Console to do some data-safe repairs.

i think your laptop is error operation, pls install OS
