Blue screen

Hi,

I write from another computer as mine when I open up my pc it loads windows xp prof. and it gets a blue screen saying something chinese and in 1 second it restarts. I tried to go on safe mode and I get a black screen and restart. Any solution?

I think so, it's not english neither any other language that I know. I know how to recognize german, french,english, greek and much other... How can I access dos and make a repair? Does anyone know? I do not prefer format

Hi, open your computer and clean it from dust. Remember to turn off power supply from electrical power! Remove battery for about 10 minutes and put it back.. Also, unplug HDD and RAM from motherboard and plug it again. Try to start your computer.
