I have a question on Enterprise based Anti-Virus software. For example I have an office with 33 to 50 persons. All have the ability to work remotely via Secure VPN.

What is the best Enterprise based Anti-Virus, Malware, etc. software to use?

Also all the existing laptops would need to be "Cleaned up" prior to moving to the Enterprise based Anti-Virus solution. Would Super Anti-Virus software be the best thing to use to wipe out anything existing on those computers?

Using an uninstall tool is good enough, what is the current antivirus installed?

Personally, I like Kaspersky's Antivirus and Internet Security products. Another great one would be ESET.

It's a a McAfee product called “McAfee Total Protection for Endpoint, Standard Edition”.

Also is there a way to disable any malware or that can be imprinted (flashed) on a PC's Bios, registry, etc. For example by say something put together by a foreign government, for example...China.

See here on how to use the McAFee removal tool: http://www.GeekPolice.net/tutorials-guides-f13/completely-remove-norton-avast-avg-kaspersky-mcafee-nod32-f-secure-avira-t1180.htm

An antivirus will prevent malware, but safe surfing and clicking also have to be practised.

Disable? Do you mean prevent? Or have you been infected?

An antivirus can protect you from such malware.

In this case, we have a customer whose network appears to have been compromised by Chinese hackers. Supposedly their security people seem to think that these hackers placed malware or code of some kind on the customer's computers in their BiOS. First...Is that even possible, and Second if so, how can it be removed?
