I want to ghost my old ATA HD to a new SATA drive. Is there an adapter cable available to do this? I then want to install the SATA drive in my new computer which is SATA compatible. Also, what do you suggest for a good "ghost" progrram. (Frys has SATA-Parallel ATA & IDE Adapter cable. Is this the one??)
