Can't Get Rid Of Cyber Defender.

Someone on a Q and A site recommended this.
Now I can't get rid of it.
It does not show in All Programmes or Control Panel.
Not under that name, anyway.
Can anyone tell me how to get rid of it please.

ps it is in Windows XP machine.
Also, it has it's own uninstall, but refuses to uninstall.

Please download OTL to your Desktop. (If you already have it downloaded, then just follow the instructions below).

• Double click on the icon to run it. Make sure all other windows are closed and to let it run uninterrupted.

• Click the Run Scan button. Do not change any settings unless otherwise told to do so. The scan wont take long.
  
  
  
  • When the scan completes, it will open two notepad windows. OTL.Txt and Extras.Txt. These are saved in the same location as OTL.
    
  • Please copy (Edit->Select All, Edit->Copy) and paste (Edit->Paste) the contents of these files, one at a time
