Internet download speed issue

Im having some issues with my internet speed, to be more exact the problem is in the download speed.
I always had 300-500 KB/sec, but now in couple of days i just get around 150 KB/sec or less, its really fustrating.
Can someone help?

Possible ISP cap? What is your download rate per day bandwidth wise?

I dont know what do you mean by that or how to check that, but i know i have unlimited internet.
Meaning i dont have any restriction per day.

So you can test here. when you got your internet is slow you can get more than bandwidth it's much better...
