Can't access my system restore

Hi there I think I got a virus not sure... Can some one help me on these issues i have been getting?
-Can't access my system restore and it appears deactivated.
-My anti-virus gets deactivated and when i re activated it re-deactivates in minutes
-My mouse freezes from time to time in lapses of 2 minutes or so
-My PC turns of unexpectedly.
Can someone advice?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
