Please someone help me. I have many prajects on this computer and I ant find the way to fix it.

What do I do when it says as I start my computer "missing boot"?
"Disk Defragmenter could not start"
Windows XP Boot Disc Freezes on "Windows Setup" Screen
Computer stuck in start up cycle Windows XP will not boot
Windows could not start, file corrup or missing error message
