win32/Nuqel.E and Bankerfox.A

I'm having a problem with my Dell Laptop thats running windows vista... I keep getting windows security alert, antivirus software alert (Attack from: 152.164.70.43, port 5300 Attacked port: 48428 Threat: BankerFox.A and Attack from: 143.166.107.21, port 56590 Attacked port: 34903 Threat: Win32/Nuqel.E) I can't log on to the net and it wont let me install anything... like AVG, Malware, Spybot.... I'm stuck and dont know what direction to go in? Can someone please help? I do know alittle about computers but Im no tech but I can be shown how walked through or told how to do anything and get it accomplished pretty easily...

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.

Hello.

Remove the Proxy setting in Internet Explorer and/or in FireFox.

In Internet Explorer

1. Tools Menu -> Internet Options -> Connections Tab ->Lan Settings > uncheck "use a proxy server" or reconfigure the Proxy server again in case you have set it previously.
   

In Firefox

1. Tools Menu -> Options... -> Advanced Tab -> Network Tab -> "Settings" under Connection > Choose "No Proxy"
   
2. Click the apply button and restart that computer in normal mode.
   

Please run OTL.exe.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
