win32/nuqel.e & bankerfox.a virus

My computer is infected with the win32/nuqel.e & bankerfox.a virus. I'm running a scan with my avg antivirus in safe mode, but every line says locked file. not tested. I also am no longer able to access the internet. It also has blocked me from accessing any programs...what do I do?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
