Malware Infection

Hi,

I'm new posting here but I've followed the site as a guest for a few months now. I've never had a problem as bad as I'm having it now. I picked up malware yesterday and it seems like it has blocked me from running windows xp home edition on safe mode. I also can't install or run programs to attack the malware. I have tried using Malwarebytes but since I can't run it from an administrator account, I believe it's not deleting the malware. I also downloaded rkill but I couldn't run it. I'm about to go crazy with this issue. I would appreciate some help!! The malware usually gives me a message that says: "do you wish to activate virus protection now?"

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
