Swedish music-streaming service Spotify has added a number of social networking features designed to encourage web users to share music.
Spotify users can now connect to Facebook from within the music streaming service. From here, they can see which of their friends on the social network also use the music-streaming service.
Spotify users can then drop tracks into their friends' inboxes as well as discover the playlists their friends have put together.
Other new features on Spotify include a link that lets users share their music choices via micro-blogging service Twitter and the ability to listen to and create playlists containing music stored on your PC as well as the tracks available on Spotify
