unable to install internet explorer

my internet explorer was removed from my programs. i have tried to download again several times but, it won't get loaded on my computer. please help. thanks

Could you please explain in more detail what you mean: "removed from my programs"

I wonder how you can try to download Internet Explorer if you dont have Internet Explorer or another browser available. Maybe you mean that you are missing the Internet Explorer shortcut under "Start" ==> All Programs ??
