Hello, could you please explain what you mean by "cleaning" it?
As in removing some unwanted temp files? or to completely reinstall?

For unwanted files, I would recommend to download and run CCleaner. If it is because of a slow startup, then I would recommend posting a HiJackThis log for a member of the Tech Staff to take a look at.

As for drivers, you can download the ones needed from here
