virus removed ,still having problems,etc.

A friend removed that anti virus soft from com.,,,after that i'm not able to click through my emails and get to those sites,,,Mozilla works fine but cant even open i. e. either,a ex. was when i registered, got my email in outlook but could not click on it to make confirmation ,,,so i used gmail so i could get on here that way.,,,thanks,also cant remove avg no matter what i do,,thanks again.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
