should I install this update

my updates from windows wants me to add this up date, I have windows vista home basic .

I'm using IE 8 and Norton securiy

If you have SP 2 installed on your Windows already then you do not need SP1! That is weird Microsoft \ Winodws Update is asking you to install SP1!
