Bankerfox / Nuqel.E infected my laptop. Can't launch any program

Hi.

I need help to remove this annoying virus. I've tried to update AVG antivirus, but I can't launch the installer. I can't even launch any video player! I downloaded IceSword, as suggested in some other bankerfox thread, but I don't know how to create a log so I can post it. I also tried downloading HijackThis, but I can't get to launch it, the virus will keep blocking it.
It's getting really annoying because I keep getting more and more of those fake antivirus popups.

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
