Antivirus live, trojans, rootkits new info from yesterday. New hijack this log!

My netbook is not usable. This thing took over everything. I can't use anything on the computer except the internet and in IE it won't let me even go to google. I can download in Firefox but can't run anything. I can't go into safe mode either I can't use my antivirus I have installed. I can't run hijack this. I can't open hijack this or anything else. I can't go into add/remove programs at all. Porn keeps popping up too. Websites are porn.com and porn.org. I don't watch porn online. I have no idea what I have been using that could have given me this. I NEED HELP!!!!! WHAT CAN I DO? I am gonna get an online website in 2 days and I can't do anything without my computer

*Today I used Spyware Doctor. I found seven things initially but I couldnt pay for it. when I ran it again it only found 6 things. After the removal the computer rebooted and then was stuck in safe mode over and over again. The only way to get back to windows was that I used the last path that was successful. That then disabled the spyware doctor thing. I then created a new user account. I was finally able to download hijack this so here goes.

Please download and run this tool.

Download Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware from Here

Double Click mbam-setup.exe to install the application.

• Make sure a checkmark is placed next to Update Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware and Launch Malwarebytes' Anti-Malware, then click Finish.
  
• If an update is found, it will download and install the latest version.
  
• Once the program has loaded, select "Perform Quick Scan", then click Scan.
  
• The scan may take some time to finish,so please be patient.
  
• When the scan is complete, click OK, then Show Results to view the results.
  
• Make sure that everything is checked, and click Remove Selected.
  
• When disinfection is completed, a log will open in Notepad and you may be prompted to Restart. (See Note)
  
• The log is automatically saved by MBAM and can be viewed by clicking the Logs tab in MBAM.
  

Note:
If MBAM encounters a file that is difficult to remove, you will be presented with 1 of 2 prompts.
Click OK to either and let MBAM proceed with the disinfection process.
If asked to restart the computer, please do so immediately.

Post the contents of the MBAM Log.
