I am trying to add a HP printer to my computer. It has worked previously on the same computer. For some reason it stopped. This same printer works fine on all my other laptops when I hook up to the the USB port.
The printer is a HP OfficeJet G series all in one.
I have went to the official site and downloaded drivers. I even show it as the selected printer in my files. If I do a download it states the software was previously loaded. I have the disc for it.
Maybe I have the wrong port selected or something. But I try to run a setup and nothing happens.
If I print it shows it going to printer and stops.
