"windows must now restart... dcom server process"

Hello,

I'm having an issue with my computer. Anywhere from 10 minutes to 50 minutes the computer must restart. It states "This system is shutting down. This shutdown was initiated by NT Authority/System. Windows must now restart. DCOM Server process launcher service terminated unexpectedly"
Not to sure whats going on with it. I am running Windows XP.

Any help would be greatly appreciated.
