Malware Personal Security Ready to scream Can you help me?

I woke this morning to find that while I was sleeping my computer has been over taken by a system called Personal Security. I tried to down load your malware program but this thing won't let me open it to install it. Can you help me. I am so not good at this sort of thing. I have tried everything I know which isn't a whole lot. Help please?

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
