Got the same virus as everybody else, can't work, please help!!!!

Download OTL by OldTimer to your Desktop.

• Close all windows and double click OTL.exe
  
• Click Run Scan and let the program run uninterrupted
  
• It will produce two logs for you, one will pop up - OTL.txt, the other will be saved on your Desktop - Extras.txt. Post both logs in this thread.
  
• You may need to use two posts to get it all.
  

Edit-Running program now.
After this is finished running, should I be able to access the Internet?
I see this virus is coming in like crazy, do you know what might have caused it?

I ran Malwarebytes on my machine, below is the log, however, I am unable to use IE, please help.....

Ran a system restore and all fixed. Should have tried that first...... 18 hours later....
