Infected by AntiVirus Live - McAfee disabled

I can't open & run McAfee & Malwarebytes' Anti-malware to scan. Loads of Antivirus software alerts popping up & LOADS of icons at screen bottom right corner. Porno web pages keep coming up. Please help!!

PROBLEM SOLVED!!!! I found the posting info re: AntiVirus Live (by Doctor Inferno) and followed the steps and it's all good now. Thank you guys. This site is awesome!!
