Its my moms dell dimension pc..she got trojan virus last week--while trying to remove it..somehow ended up in system configuration which asked for administrator password--she didn't have one..so we made one...anyway Sat. I got the AVG to download & remove I thought all of the virus...i got everything set back up for her, but I felt like everytime she rebooted/restarted she should not have to put in adm. password...so I went in & unlocked & deleted it....now when restart it is black screen with F1-continue & F2 SETUP--either one you hit it comes up enter password....WE HAVE NO PASWORD NOW!!! I have tried F8,f11, F EVERYTHING WITH SYSTEM RESTORE CD & IT STILL WANTS PASSWORD!!! i'M READ TO SHOOOT IT & MY MOM!!
